Privacy Policy Gradient Media Group Effective date: September 8, 2026

Gradient Media Group ("GMG", "we", "us") operates advertising performance reporting dashboards for our clients. This policy explains what information those dashboards collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.

It covers the GMG Slicer reporting dashboard and any GMG-operated reporting application you sign in to, including those hosted at gradient.catwrangler.ai.

Who this policy is for Our dashboards are business tools used by GMG staff and by authorized employees of our clients. They are not consumer products, and we do not offer them to the general public or to children.

Information we collect Google account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and basic profile information (your name and profile image) from Google. We request only the openid, email, and profile scopes. We do not request or receive access to your Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, Contacts, or any other Google service.

Session information. When you sign in we create a session token so you stay signed in. We record standard server logs, which may include your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request.

Advertising performance data. The dashboards display advertising and marketing performance data — such as spend, impressions, clicks, and conversion counts — retrieved from advertising platforms and from systems our clients operate. This data is aggregated business reporting. It is our clients' data, held on their behalf, and it is not information about you.

We do not ask you for, and the dashboards do not collect, payment card details, government identifiers, or other sensitive personal information.

How we use your information We use your Google account information for one purpose: to authenticate you and determine which client's reports you are authorized to view. Access is granted by email address or email domain, so your email address is what tells the system which reports you may see and whether you may change anything.

We use session information to keep you signed in, to secure the service, and to diagnose problems.

We do not use your Google account information for advertising or marketing, sell it, rent it, use it to build advertising profiles, or use it to train machine learning or AI models.

How we share information We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

Service providers. Our dashboards run on cloud infrastructure operated by third-party providers (including Amazon Web Services) that host the application and its database on our behalf. Advertising platforms. We connect to advertising platform APIs — including Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Advertising, TikTok, Reddit, and AppLovin — to retrieve our clients' campaign performance data. These connections use credentials held by GMG or supplied by our clients. Your personal information is not sent to these platforms. Our clients. If you are an employee of a GMG client, we may confirm to that client who has been granted access to their reports. Legal requirements. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property. Data retention We keep your email address and access permissions for as long as you have authorized access, and remove them when your access is revoked or the underlying client engagement ends. Session tokens expire automatically. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.

Security We hold credentials for advertising platforms in a managed secret store and never in our application database or source code. Access to client data is restricted by role, and every request is checked against the permissions granted to your account. All traffic is encrypted in transit.

Your choices You can stop sharing your Google account information with us at any time by revoking this application's access in your Google account settings, at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Doing so will end your ability to sign in.

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, contact us at the address below. If you are an employee of a GMG client, we may need to coordinate with that client before changing your access.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA. Contact us to exercise them.

Changes to this policy We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Material changes will be communicated to the clients whose teams use our dashboards.
